Welcome to Closed Captions (CC), a mobile/spatial application developed and operated by Walter Labs, Inc. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Closed Captions (CC) application (the "App") and any related services provided by Walter Labs, Inc. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2.1 License: Walter Labs, Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

3.1 Data Collection: The App does not collect or store the transcriptions or translations of audio streams processed through your microphone.
3.2 Analytics: The App may collect anonymous analytics events to improve the performance and usability of the App. These analytics events may include information about which languages are most commonly translated.
3.3 Privacy Policy: Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using the App, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
4.1 Ownership: The App, including all intellectual property rights therein, is owned by Walter Labs, Inc. You acknowledge and agree that Walter Labs retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.
4.2 Feedback: If you provide any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the App ("Feedback"), you hereby grant Walter Labs a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the Feedback for any purpose.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WALTERLABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WALTERLABS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WALTERLABS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP, EVEN IF WALTERLABS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. WALTERLABS' TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR THE APP.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Walter Labs, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the App or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Walter Labs reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
